Model R7900P I Need Help to Reinstall My Router.....I Think I May Have Done it Wrong
Please Help Me!
I installed my router myself over a year ago.
When I installed it I remember I installed the 5G and the 2.4G separately.
I think my password does not work with both.
I am now having trouble with my Cell Phone. It keeps disconnecting from my WiFi and it asks me for my password and says it's the wrong password.
Is it possible to actually speak to someone?
This is very difficult for me to explain.

You can contact support but its only free from the first 90 days of purchase.
If you want to go that route, click on "mynetgear" at the top, register an account, and then the device. From there you can contact support.
You could try factory resetting the router and following the install guide again. Its fairly simple and if you've already managed to install it once, you should be able to again :)
