My AX5400 keeps for getting the names of my iPhones

Question

I have had this router for well over a year and everything has been fine until recently. Now, all of the iPhones on my network have the same name of "Apple." They no longer have individual names. This is true both on my Nighthawk app as well as when I log in on my computer. I can change the names, but they never stay permanently changed. Sometimes they will stay for a couple of days but eventually the name always gets lost again.

This is very frustrating because I have multiple iPhones on my network and I can't tell them apart. I have updated my firmware. What can I do?

Yes, the phone's were set up for rotating. I did not specifically do these settings so either they were done automatically in an upgrade or something has changed. I never had an issue with the router recognizing the phone names in the past.

I turned off the private networks and it seems to be working now. Thank you for your help
