What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 or 149 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What happens if Smart Connect and MIMO are enabled?
Is Armor, SPC or Traffic Meter enabled?

I did the firmware update just few days ago. So it’s up to speed. Although it doesn’t tell me the latest version number but when I check for latest version it says it’s up to date.
Armor, SPC or Traffic Meter Are not enabled. Mimo didn’t work too well but I will test this out and see how it does. Same with smart connection same problems. So I separated them out. I selected the channel you recommended on both wireless 2.4 and 5g. Will update and see how it goes next day or so. Thanks
