What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 or 149 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What happens if Smart Connect and MIMO are enabled?
Is Armor, SPC or Traffic Meter enabled?
I changed the channel on 2.4ghz to channel 11 and it seems to be better. Still getting slowness with videos but less. The 5ghz is also better but I need to run more tests. It seems to behave good when only couple of devices are online but soon as the number of devices go up then the slowness starts. I will post another update after some more testing.
