Netgear Nighthawk RAX70 Slow ethernet speed but fast on Wifi

Hello,

My Netgear Nighthawk RAX70 router is outputing full internet speed at 400 mbps, but the wired/ethernet internet speed caps out at around 20 mbps. I checked the settings and QoS is not on. I've tried resetting to factory settings and tried different ports and cables. I also updated my motherboard's ethernet driver. Nothing seems to help. Could someone help me?

    After reinstalling windows 10, I get full internet speed over ethernet now.

    have you tried more than 1 device hardwired?

    what device is it having issues?

      I just tested another device and it is getting full max internet speed over ethernet
