new Firmware V1.2.14.114
I just updated my firmware on my RACE500 but there is no release notes and nothing on Netgear site about this firmware?? It’s still showing the previous firmware as the latest ?

I fixed it by rebooting the Router using my web browser with an Ethernet connection, the firmware is now working great using the app and in functionality with my lots and all connections.
Appreciate the response!!, I am the public and would love to know what's in this update. So far if anyone is interested, it seems to be working fine except with the app!. I can't see any connected devices now as it won't load that on the app now, but will on the web interface.They need to fix a few things but its been a decent router for me personally. RAEX500 router *
I first try a factory reset on the router and set up from scratch using a PC and web browser:

NG releases now seems to be first via auto update, and in small batches to see how well it goes and how well it's received by users. If all goes well, then NG will full release to public and provide FW file links.
