Nighthawk AX12 12-stream AX6000
After installing a new Nighthawk Modem and Nighthawk AX12 12-stream AX 6000 router, I am having difficulty with my Fire Stick. The logon sheet shows the TV is connected to the wi-fi, but there is no internet connection. The wi-fi has an internet connection, as I use it with my iPhone, iPad, and Mac laptop.
Obviously, I need the Internet for the TV to function. Does anyone know why I have this situation and how to correct it? Thank you.
What actual device do you have? AX6000 is a speed, not a model.
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?

I have resolved the issue after a series of boots and reboots of the modem, router, and TV. Everything is working fine now. Thanks for your interest, and Happy New Year from Texas.
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
