Nighthawk MR60 - Satellite Won't Sync

Question

Nighthawk MR60 satellite was connected for a couple weeks. All of a sudden, it was showing an amber light. So I disconnected and moved it closer to the router in order to re-sync. After multiple reboot and reset attempts, the satellite will not re-sync.

Any suggestions?

May you hold down the reset button for 15+ seconds using a pin/needle to factory reset the system.&nbsp;

I ended up resetting both the router and satellite and starting over from scratch with both. Thank you for your reply.
