Nighthawk RAX30 disconnects all devices once a day
Nighthawk RAX30
Firmware: v1.0.10.94_3
Exactly once every single day at a random time all devices (wired and wireless) will disconnect from the network for several minutes. When it happens all the indicator lights are still white as if nothing happened. The indicator light on my Spectrum-provided modem stays the same as well. I have tried restarting, unplugging, factory reset, and checking for firmware updates. This issue has persisted for months, but I am finally getting frustrated enough to post on the forum.
Last time I called support for help they tried to charge me a $50 service fee for "advanced support" or whatever just to tell me to unplug it and plug it in again - which I had tried along with everything else when nothing could connect at all. Suddenly everything worked once I paid the fee. I am trying to avoid that scam again by posting here.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

I see a globe in the taskbar which I assumed means it disconnected. I will check next time it happens if I still have an IP. I will also check on my phone if it says "connected, no internet" or if the entire network disappears from the list.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
