Nighthawk RAX43 Factory Reset

Hi all,
Last night all of the sudden I lost my WiFi connection on my phone and any other devices connected around the house.

After further investigation I noticed that my nighthawk router has done a factory reset to itself by itself and reset the Wi-Fi original name and password.

so I connected my laptop to the router and started the setup again.

Have anyone ever experienced such thing where the router automatically factory reset itself? Why would you do that.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

      Did you have a sudden power outage? These things can happen if power goes off and back on. My RAX43 has been stable as a rock thus far. There's just new firmware available for it so I flashed it with no issues
