Nighthawk RAX45 Turns off WiFi and internet connection LAN Ok
So ever since the last Firmware update in April, My RAX45 would turn off Internet connectivity and WiFi on its own sometime overnight. I have to reboot the router and then everything is fine again. So I started Tracking this in July, it happens Every 5 Days, like clockwork. I tried changing the Netgear NTP server to a different one, but that didn't change the behavior. So on Aug 7th after it shut down overnight again, I changed the Time Zone from -6 to -11 and Guess what, Now it does the shutdown in the morning @9:23am . So the Router is definitely basing this behavior on the Time. Question what hidden code have they put into the firmware that is causing this, and is it changeable? If not can I roll back to the Previous Firmware which did not exhibit this behavior? Help

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

Firmware V1.0.11.112_2.0.77 As per Netgear Router Update
All my network is CAT 6, I run Netgear RAX45 in behind Service Provider Router, as I have for over 10 years now with different routers.
As stated this only started after the last firmware update.
When you say do a Factory Reset, will this change the firmware or only wipe out all my settings?
Can I roll back to Previous Firmware version, and if so , how?
If your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers

3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the NG router to the modem, LAN to LAN configure AP mode on the NG router.

Based on your response to the ISP router, you may need to factory reset and setup from scratch.
Yes it only clears any user configurations is all.
Try the suggestions first before rolling back FW.
