I'm wondering if it is possible to add a mesh system to my current router. the nighthawk RAX70.

Thanks,

  • Add a mesh system to integrate with it? or to add to it?

And are you talking adding a mesh extender like the EAX10/20/80 or are you wanting to add a mesh system like orbi?

I've ran a mesh system in conjunction with my RAX router without issues.

They don't integrate together but so long as you use a different ssid and keep them on different channels, they work together great.

No, the RAX and the MK series don't integrate.

        You can go:
Modem---->RAX (in router mode)----->MK series (in access point mode)

I've done this multiple times as I try out new things.

Just use a different ssid for the MK series and have it on different wireless channels so there isn't interference
