Parental Controls are not working for my Nighthawk AX5
Hey everyone, I am new to Nighthawk. It says I have an RAX43, Nighthawk AX4200. I have setup the router per app, and tried to set parental controls. What I am trying to do is shut off the internet for my two boys all day and night except for a 3 hour period from 7 PM to 10 PM. I have set the bed times for both boys, added devices and set shut down times. I have one kid that is showing to have reached limits at 4 hours +. How is that? Then my younger son is on the Tik Tok app already this morning when it is supposed to be during the shut down time. I am not sure what i am doing wrong. Anyone help?
