RAX 120 Keeps going offline but wifi still works?

Pretty much the router states its offline and direct ports from router through my pc lose connection and doesnt work. But interestingly while the router says its offline all my wifi device connections are still running through the wifi ok. What the heck is going on its offline but still working for wifi devices but not my pc? Anyone know what could be causing the issue ? I tried swapping ethernet cables from my router to pc through router but the issue still persists from time to time .

        Try this.

        1. factory reset the RAX.

        2. power off both the RAX and the CM2000

        3. disconnect everything from both. even the coax from the cm2000

        4. wait 2 minutes.

        5. connect coax back to cm2000, and then power it on. wait 2 minutes.

        6. Connect lan port on cm2000 to wan port on the RAX. (don't uses the 2.5g port for now)

        7. power the rax on and give it 2 minutes. then set it up.

        8. try it for a period. Don't use the 2.5g port

Reason I say don't use the 2.5g port right now is I've seen sketchy cables cause intermittent connections between 2.5g ports that work fine on a 1gig port.

If it stays stable then try using the 2.5g port. Just make sure to use a high quality cable.
