RAX-15 does not allow devices to reconnect until a reboot.

I have devices that show attached to the RAX15 WiFi router in the Nighthawks device manager, but the apps that control the device cannot manage the device until the router is rebooted.  For example, the Bose Music app does not find the speakers.  But I can play music on the Bose smart speakers with voice commands.  Windows 10 PCs lose the connect to the router and cannot reconnect unless I choose the Guest network.
