if you purchase NA SKU, the wifi region would be gray-out according to FCC regulation law.

Hi C4mth4,
If you purchased a North American RAX200, the WiFi region would be grayed-out according to FCC regulation law. Therefore, you will not be able to change the region.

OP, Try installing TelnetEnable on your pc, and if you can successfully telnet into the RAX200 then use burnsku command to change the router's region to WW (world wide).

Do people really need to install third party software to enable Telnet on the RAX 200?
You can do this on some other Netgear routers without adding anything.
Just login to:
http://routerlogin.com/debug.htm
then enable Telnet and take it from there.
