RAX-50 No internet issue
Hi All,
I have RAX50 with connects to 20+ devices, recently like a couple of months it keep dropping internet, most of time it start with couple of devices like nest and smart things pop notification of no internet and then rest of house goes offline. Sometime I can see wifi SID in search but connection says no internet.
I have comcast internet cable coming to netgere CM1200 -> RAX-50-> 4 wire connection(TV, NAS, SmartThings) and rest wireless connection
My RAX-50 Version is V1.0.12.120

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Does the internet LED on the RAX turn AMBER when this happens?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how manyPlease post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

The issue is so frequent that I have to do reboot. and in last month more than 50 times I have done reboot.
Does the internet LED on the RAX turn AMBER when this happens?
No Amber, all white
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
2.4 : 8
5 : 112
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many
there are neighbor but with the distance of more than 1000+ feets. and non are on the same channel.
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
