RAX12 2.4 wifi issue
I upgraded to the RAX120 Nighthawk and had been running into issues with it not connecting to the 2.4ghz wireless network. Finally found a fix on here by disabling the 'OFDMA' Wifi 6 settings and everything seems to connect just fine now. (Router is on the latest firmware as well). being able to connect to Wifi 6 / ax was one of the reasons why I purchased this router. The previous Nighthawk router I had didn't have this issue amazingly with wifi 6.
So, I was just wondering, is this a firmware or hardware issue that's causing this problem? I read sometimes that having quotations in the password causes problems but, I never used those in it. It's just crazy that such an expensive router can have so many problems compared to even my old $100 router I use to use before this.
It should be fine, I've got OFDMA on and PMF and have some really old devices and no issues.
See if the reset helps and let us know.

What is not connecting to the 2.4 band.
Did you perform a factory reset to see if the issues are solved?
Both my phone and laptop weren't able to connect to it. I haven't gotten a chance to reset the router but, hopefully that fixes it.
