RAX120 unable to connect from computer
I have just installed a Nighthawk RAX120. I am able to connect to it with my phone, and with other phones.
I am not able to see it as an available network from my Windows10 computer.
My husband is running Windows 7 and can see it but can not connect to it.
I have tried scanning for available networks, rebooting all devices multiple times in the correct orders, and adding the network manualyl thru the windows network interface.
I do see "Hidden Network" on my available networks list, and when I use the SSID and key I am using to connect with my phone, I get the message that I am unable to connect to that network.
I also checked for system updates from Microsoft and ran them, just to make sure my network adapter is the most updated version.

This seems to be a Windows issue rather than the router.
Is this a wifi connection from PC to router or wired?
How are you connecting to the network? With Windows's networking the WiFi bit of Network & Internet?
My first guess is that you need to tell Windows that you are on a "private network".
- Network and Internet settings
- Network Status
- Change Connection Properties
- Network Profile
- Private
- PatEzzoAspirantI am connecting over wifi. I will try your recommendations
Thanks
