RAX120v2 Loses Internet Connectivity

I often encounter internet connectivity problems with my RAX120v2, which happen throughout the day and night. While the wireless connection remains functional, both wired and wireless devices lose internet access. To fix this issue, I have to physically reboot the router, after which everything returns to normal operation. The Router is using firmware version V1.2.9.52.

    What is the brand name and model number of the modem/ONT that is connected upstream between your RAX120v2 and the internet?

     

     

  • Has Armor ever been enabled or is it enabled on the RAX120v2? 

    How often does the RAX encounter this issue? 
    Does the top INTERNET LED turn AMBER when this happens? 

    Are you using the Yellow WAN port or the multi-gig port for the connection to your modem/ONT? 

    What channel configurations are currently set on the router?  
    Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
