RAX20 can't see devices on Nighthawk app
Hi - AX1800 WIFI 6 model - this discussion cannot find the model number for some reason.... so have had to select random... looking for some help. The Nighthawk app was working well - something updated not sure if it was an app update or a firmware update on the router - now I can see the devices connected my laptop - but no longer on the NIghthawk app. Have tried the app on an andriod and an apple... firmware below.... any help you can give would be appreciated. Cheers

So you can see them connected fine through the browser connected devices page? Just not through the app?
Options to try (if it bothers you)
1. uninstall/reinstall the app2. factory reset the router. maybe something in the settings changed with a firmware update
3. wait. maybe the app updated and introduced a bug.

1. Uninstalled and reinstalled Nighthawk App.
2. Turned router and fibre off.... waited.... restarted.
When I first started app... devices showed.... briefly.... then disappeared....
I then thought it it might have something to do with a new feature offering, armour. So clicked trial... the armour can see the devices as it is working its way through all those connected... bu i can see them in the devices folder. This app has been very handy to pause my teenagers connection periodically as needed!!
Do you thinka factory reset is still required considering the above? Many thanks.You could try that.
You could also try managing it through the browser and not through the app.
