Rax20 "keeps starting up"

Question

Hello, so set up of this router went smoothly. Then about two hours later it just stopped working. Now power led is an amber colour, which the manual say is the router starting up, but it's been half an hour and nothings changed. Nothing happens when I press the reset button, and my father took away the unit from the night hawk app so I'm at a loss of what to do.
