RAX20: Mobile Devices won't stay connected
Hello, this problem has plagued me for about a year and I can find no solution. My laptops and TVs have no issues connecting to whichever network they desire but all wireless devices (iPhones, iPads, etc.) can never stay connected for longer than an hour before I have to turn their Wi-Fi on & off or change networks. I've tried the typical restarts and reboots but the problems persist.
I have a modem from Spectrum (ET2251) that does not have router capability. My router is an RAX20 with the latest firmware (v1.0.11.112). I do not have Smart Connect turned on since this seems to exacerbate all the issues.
If you need anymore details please let me know. I have a feeling it's something obvious that I simply can't see and I'm looking for any help I can get. Thanks!

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

It worked for about a couple of minutes and then nothing. I had to turn the Wi-Fi on and off to reconnect.
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Is Smart Connect enabled or disabled on the routers web page?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
