RAX200 1.0.10.140 Frequent disconnection

I recently updated to the latest firmware (1.0.10.140), and I often get disconnected internet for a few seconds, and it happens many times in a day, I can only go back to the firmware (1.0.5.132) to solve the problem, firmware (1.0.6.138) is unavailable due to DNS issues, RAX200 has been continuously updated with 2 problematic firmwares.

    Can we know what's connected device had connection drop issue ?

      All wireless devices, laptop, cell phone, ipad.
      Still showing that Wi-Fi is working, but the network is completely unavailable, a disaster for gaming and business meetings.
  • What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. 

     

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
