RAX200 not showing internet speed in QoS

My RAX200 used to show internet speed per device.

This is no longer showing. All devices show 0.00 Mbps.

I've tried returning and using another RAX200, and for an hour or two it showed the speeds, and then after power cycling the router, same issue. Returned for yet another swap and same thing.

This is definitely some sort of firmware issue.

Firmware Version V1.0.5.132_1.0.69

What's going on here NetGear? :(

For once this isn't a generic question so you really should try this question in the appropriate section.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX) - NETGEAR Communities

By the way, the need for QoS seems to be dying as Internet speeds get above the levels where it is of any use. Indeed, the general view is that if your Internet is > ~ 200 Mbps it will only slow things down as the processor  struggles manage traffic..

      What a useless reply.

First of all if you’re going to be useless and provide no help, at least use grammar correctly. It’s “for one”, not “for once”.

Second of all, you’re opinion regarding QoS wasn’t what I was searching for. I was searching for answers as to why a feature of a paid product isn’t functioning as expected.

Go be useless elsewhere or find something meaningful to do with your time kid.
