RAX200-Wifi SLOWING DOWN and dropping

Wifi 2.4 SLOWING DOWN and disconnecting me at times. 5G doesn't even wanna connect most of the time. I've rest the router so many times and a master resets. Nothing is working even thought it was my internet but no they came out several times and all is good... Everything is up to date just don't know what to do anymore thinking of changing brands idk???😭

    1. what actual firmware version are you on? 

    2. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    3. do wired devices have issues or just wireless? 

    4. is it both bands for 5ghz or just one of them? 

    5. are you using smart connect?

      1. Firmware - V1.0.5.132_1.0.69

      2. Modem - ARRIS surfboard SB8200

      3. No wired are 100% good

       4. Just 1 5g turned off 2nd one 

      5. No smart connect
