RAX30, no internet

Hi, I have a new RAX30 router and it will not connect to the Spark fibre here in New Zealand. I have tried the app, manually setting it up, ethernet cable, phone, rebooted everything many time and still no go. When I plug in my old Huawei router it works, I can access the rax30 with my computer just no internet. The isp say it should work, the retailer says it should work and yet it still doesn't.

    What is the modem/gateway/ONT that feeds the RAX30?

     

    Sadly, "fibre" is meaningless. ISPs love to throw the f-word around. Every Internet service has fibre somewhere in it.

    Only you know what that Huawei router is, so we can't diagnose how it may differ from your RAX30.
