rax35v2 : lost cable connection when LED showed super busy

I have the updated version of firmware. After I replaced with this AX WiFi6 router I kept loosing cable connections. When it happened, the LED showed busy signals. WiFi worked fine. I did not have this problems when I used my previous router. After I restarted router, it worked fine again. Any suggestions?

    What actual version number are you on? 

    What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall? The RAX devices have responded favorably after firmware changes to factory reset and manual reinstall (not from backup)
