RAX40 says disconnected in app

Question

I was trying to show the app to someone at work today and it said the router was disconnected. I phoned home and was told the router was working fine and supplying internet. I asked my son to disconnect and reboot the power. He did and it came up working fine again. But i could still see Disconnected on the app. When I got home tonight Ive logged in to the router and it is currently running the most up to date firmware (V1.0.3.80_1.0.7). And when i open the app, everything is working fine. App version is 2.6.4.13

It simply isnt allowing me to remotely connect to the router ?? Help anybody?

I have NBN (national broadand network) and there is a big box on the wall. From here is a cable to my netgear router.
