RAX45 - had to factory reset twice

I have a RAX45 router. the last couple of weeks I've had to factory reset. the first time, for some reason all my device could not connect. nor the connecting directly with ethernet. Just today the wifi was not showing up and and connecting directly with ethernet was not working either. the router is only 3 months old. any Ideas or do I need to get a new router.
