RAX45 cannot enable FTP over internet

Question

I have a USB 3.0 drive connected to RAX45. I have smb sharing internally working, and I can enable internal FTP. But I cannot enable FTP over internet. The check box to enable it cannot be checked.

What do I need to do to enable FTP over internet? Thanks

I do not recommend enabling plain FTP on the Internet connection. FTP is an inherently insecure protocol and various browsers are phasing out support for it (Chrome already has in its latest version). If you value your files/content, do not use it. It's easy to hack an FTP server
