RAX45 Firmware error and wif drop on laptop

Hi,I just bought the RAX45 about 2 weeks and ran into these 2 issues.I am unable to check for firmware update. Keep getting the Firmware check error message. Another issue is that the WIFI on my laptop drops few times a day. How do i solve these issues. Please advise.Thank you.
