RAX45 log entry: [Internet disconnected]
Anyone know how to approach this issue? Perhaps router needs to be replaced? Internet disconnect happened last week and then again today. Router is running latest Firmware: V1.0.17.142_2....

Does the RAX WAN/Internet LED turn AMBER or RED when this happens?
What is the model # of this ATT ONT that the RAX is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 UTP is recommended.
Is IPv6 enabled on the router?
Using ISP detected DNS or custom DNS like Cloudfare or Quad9?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
