RAX48 high latency via Ethernet
Using Speedtest my wireless connection on my iPhone is stating 800mbps down with ~10ms of latency on Detroit servers (around where I live), while on my PC over Ethernet it is at 700mbps down with over 60ms of latency on servers in California. I do not have a VPN installed on my computer and never have used one. Also, my ISP is Comcast and I'm using the Gigabit plan. What could be causing this latency?

Are you using any virus protection/security on your pc?
Or is it running through a managed switch/smart switch?
If the phone is fine, it tends to indicate the latency is coming from either the pc or a switch/device its connected to.

I am not using any virus protection on my PC besides the stock Windows antivirus, even then I haven't interacted with it before and it has never given me any issues. I am also not running it through a switch, it's just a straight Ethernet into the back of my PC from the router.
