RAX50 DNS Issue

On my RAX50 router I cannot change the DNS settings. Both radio buttons are greyed out. When I do get the option to enter a primary and secondary DNS, the changes will not save and the fields will be blank when revisting that page. I've never had this issue before. 

 

Any ideas?

    My first rax50 was the same, luckily amazon sent me a new one. Exchange it asap.
