RAX500
Hi All, I just got a new RAX500 router for the Wifi 6 feature. My problem is everything is working fine but the wifi 6. I can't get it on my Iphones or Ipads or Laptop all devices say they are compatible with Wifi 6. I've done all the tech stuff reboot everything. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be nice. 😬

What does that mean? Your devices can't connect to the wifi?

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Nighthawk Routers With WiFi 6 (AX) And WiFi 6E (AXE)
Gaming routers have their own DumaOS operating system that is nothing like the one on Netgear's standard routers.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.Wifi 6 isn't the same as Wifi 6E.
Wifi 6 is simply wireless AX that includes 2.4ghz and 5ghz.
Wifi 6E adds in the 6ghz capacity.
No current iphone/ipad has 6ghz capability. So none of them will be able to view the 6ghz channels.
Not sure what laptops you have or what wireless card is in them so I can't tell you if they are capable.
If you respond with what the wireless card/cards are in your laptop I can check it out for you.
