RAX70 connection to Vizio tv

Trying to get Netflix to work on my tv. The Vizio is showing that there is a connection/signal strength and all, but when I try to connect, it says "No Network Detected". Already tried unplugging. My other tv connected just fine (Samsung). The Vizio tv could also connect and play netflix with my phone's hotspot. I also reset to factory settings and watched a dozen youtube vids. Nothing working.
