RAX70 Help Identifying the 4x4 5G and the 2x2 5G
Netgear fam, I just picked up the RAX70 from Best Buy. So far so good. Since it's Tri-band and one of the 5Ghz network is 2x2 and the other is 4x4 my plan is to setup the 4x4 network for my AX devices.
My logic:
5Ghz-1 mode supports up to 1200mbs
5Ghz -2 mode supports up to 4803 (I'm aware that's taking advantage of DFS and 160mhz channel width)
Now, I naturally assumed the 5ghz-2 would be the 4x4 MIMO band but I'm not so sure. Can a "Netgear-ster" shed some insight?

The band 2 4800mbps is the 4x4 band. (1200mbps x4)
per the data sheet:
• WiFi 6 (802.11ax) Tri-Band WiFi (AX6600)
- 2.4GHz AX: 2x2 (Tx/Rx) 1024/256-QAM
20/40MHz, up to 0.6Gbps
- 5GHz AX: 2x2 (Tx/Rx) 1024/256-QAM
20/40/80MHz, up to 1.2Gbps
- 5GHz AX: 4x4 (Tx/Rx) 1024/256-QAM
20/40/80/160MHz, up to 4.8GbpsWell dang. I totally missed the datasheet. Thanks!
