Make a configuration backup, then do a Factory Reset.
If you are lucky, there is a point during the configuration where there is a choice:
- Load a saved configuration, or
- Continue to configure manually
Loading a saved configuration can make the process very quick. Again, if you are lucky, the router will work correctly.

Maybe. But restoring that config might also re-introduce the problem (since it could be caused by a corrupted config).

True. Reloading a saved configuration might re-introduce the problem. This would imply that only a full reconfiguration might work. (or, maybe the RAX80 firmware needs to be downgraded.... or......???)
My point is that this is a relatively quick and easy experiment. It takes me almost two hours to do a full Factory Reset on my Orbi system (much of the time correcting numerous typos). Whereas, I have done this "quick reset" in well under ten minutes.
