RAX80 - ROUTER SPEED IS MUCH HIGHER THAT WIRELESS SPEEDS OR WIRED SPEEDS

Hello, 

 

I have 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed from my IP 

 

I have tested the speed on the router directly and it reads 99 Mbps, however all my wired products are reading 28 to 29 Mbps speeds.  Even when I connect an ethernet cable to the router direct, I still get speeds no higher than 32 Mbps.

 

I made sure that the Qos Button is unchecked.  Can someone assist?

    What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    What firmware are you on? 

    Have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall? The RAX devices are pretty new and got a lot of firmware changes. Sometimes a simple reset/reinstall fixes a lot of issue with these devices.
