RAX80 corrupted firmware
I have a RAX80 and I'm pretty sure that the firmware is corrupted. I can connect to the wifi network. But the router says that it's offline. It doesn't respond to the app or the DNS. Before ...

If the router is broadcasting WiFi and a device can connect using the credentials printed on the label, this would seem to indicate that the router is not "corrupted".
Page 21 of the User Manual describes how to access the router web interface. (There are times when the Nighthawk 'app' is not as useful as the web interface.)

It might be useful to review information from the Internet Service Provider on how customer equipment should be connected to their network.
For example, some ISPs require the customer router to present a user name and password to connect. (Others use DHCP, which I find much easier to work with.)
