RAX80 device type pick list is blank

RAX 80 Firmware 1.0.1.70_1.0.30

In summary I have close to 30 devices connected, and I want to begin my QoS setup to prioritize some traffic such as my XBOX which tends to lag and disconnect. 

Question/Problem:

Under Basic/Attached Devices and I select a device and there is a drop down for "Device Type" that is blank, and the drop down doesnt list anything.  What is that field used for and why is it blank?

      I have the same issue.  Nothing shows up in the Device Type drop down.

      Attached is a screen shot that doesn't show much because there isn't much to show.

      I have clicked on the Device Type dropdown and that is what it looks like.
