Hello I have a plan for up to 1 gig download speed and 40 upload.what would be the best inputs to add for download and upload speed.i game wired for call of duty.i know they said it is recommended to...

Ok..what about disable port scan and ddos protection and sip alg should those be checked or unchecked in box for better gaming performance?

Leave that unchecked unless you have a SIP phone that needs it.

    It says( disable sip alg )next to the box..I should have it unchecked? And what about (disable port scan and ddos protection) check or uncheck box?

      Check it. Keep Port Scan and DDOS enabled though. 
      I haven't had any SIP ALG issues eitherway while gaming.
