I would not use QoS. I've not used QoS on my 1G.50Mbs ISP service for years. QoS isn't really needed for these higher ISP services as gaming speeds don't use the max download or up load.
Game all the fine with out it. I find that ethernet connected gaming devices is most recommended for best gaming performances.

I am wired. I have also other family members that stream off YouTube and play on pc but they are on Wi-Fi.it just feels my shots connect more when I had qos enabled.but I am not sure what would be the correct input for dl speed to put for qos

Try using what the on board speed test results in for you ISP service.

I have no computer or laptop to test for wired.on Wi-Fi thru my iPhone I get 700-780 download.thru ps5 wired thru ookla I get 850-930 download

I've gamed on my RAX80 here and there. Mostly wired though. Works well.
