can not login web interface. The app is ok, password recovery does not work either.

What are you doing and where does it go wrong?
You can help people to help you by providing the information suggested in this forum's header:
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)That is there for a good reason.
what info is missing? this is not helping user. developer needs help.

You should know that this community is essentially a user-to-user venue with some input from a small band of Netgear techies.
Most of the answers come from fellow users who have no connection with Netgear. They just have a lot of collective experience and are familiar with the sort of problems that turn up here.
But they can't work on the basis of guesswork.
If you want "official" support then you should go through the right channels.
