Hello good evening I bought netgear raxe300 router and when i receive and try to conect to my provider isp sky no recognise the internet.what i need to do for the router can work. Kind regardsantonio

Might ask the ISP for additional help with there ISP equipment. I think Sky has modems with built in routers already. Something to ask them about. Not sure if the RAXE has this option...I'd check the routers web pages under Advanced tab/Setup/Internet Setup or WAN setup. Maybe a setting down under Advanced Tab/Advanced could be seen there.
