RAXE Access Control Issues
This something new that started popping up yesterday. I'm not sure what this is? I just know it's causing major concerns. Since this has popped up, we noticed lagging in our network. Each time these devices are not connected to the network, their 'Device Name(s)' change to these weird characters. I recently stopped using the Nighthawk app due to suspicion of it being hacked - settings would change, I would get logged out of the app frequently, and my Guest network would randomly broadcast. So I switched to Access Control via the router. But this is new. Let me know if you have experienced this.
Firmware version: V1.2.13.100_2.0.54
Windows 11
FYI - All devices are Windows or Android accept for the second highlighted, that is an iPad

Have you tried a reset on your router?
How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
It is probably the first step that Netgear support would suggest.
