RAXE300 lost connection to Spectrum Modem
I have a RAXE300 and Spectrum Modem. It has been working flawlessly for a few moths. Today at midnight it "lost" connection with the cable modem. By that I mean I do not get a connection via wireless or cable via the RAXE300 port. The firmware is current and I have rebooted both devices mutiple times. I am able to hardwire directly to the cable modem, so i'm definityly getting internet . Has anybody else experienced this issus with Spectrum and/or has a possible solution? Thank you in advance for reviewing this request.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. Was the Internet LED on top of the RAXE router amber when this happened?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Per the recommendation, I started the sequnce per instructions and it worked. Thank you for providing the solution.
Ok, Happens again, might check the ISP modem connection as well. Check the logs on the RAXE for any Internet Re-connections. Usually means the RAXE has lost the connect from the modem or the modem stop giving services to the router.
