RAXE300 No internet

Hi everyone, 

 

I'm having what looks like the same problem as a few people with this product. The router works fine until suddenly the internet LED is solid amber. Xfinity reporting no outages or problems on the ISP front.

 

Steps so far:

Power cycle/reboot both Modem (also Netgear) and Router multiple times, turned off/rebooted all computers connected.

Updated Firmware to 1.0.8.64

 

I'm hitting a wall as to what to try next. Product is less than a year old, but out of the 3 month tech support window. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!
