RAXE500 New Firmware 1.2.14.114
Update log "This firmware addresses security vulnerabilities" The router also now has the Netgear Protection Engine as well.
I was running 112.14.112 before hand and updated it as a router I have no major issues, it is doing what I need, sad to see 60 and 61 not sorted out but there may be reasons that was removed we are not privy too. I have had my router in the UK set up on the beta firmware for months and it has run fine. Have you reflashed it in router mode? Then factory reset it? I have not factory reset mine as a 2 digit difference from 112 to 114 between the last beta version is not worth it, all seems to running well, just be aware if you don't use Armor and leave the protection engine on you are no longer hidden in stealth mode which is the way the engine works, I have mine turned off as I dont use armor. Considering the moans about the RS700 I'm glad I stayed with this router tbh. Also the name of my wifi network did not change, admittedly a poor show but wondering if it was due to updating in bridge mode?
Ya I didn't reset yet. I may to do this to recheck the bridge mode operation. I also have been beta testing other builds for the RAXE and found issues back then as well. Even after a FR. Ya, with the one liner entry for release notes, I presumed nothing major would be seen as issues I found dating back to 12/2023 have not been fixed or resolved. I don't use the RAXE much for router operations as I'm beta testing other stuff. So mostly use it for testing in bridge mode where I can fit it in. Bridge mode is a hassle to get working right. I may go way back and try 1st release FW and check differences.

Overall not impressed with the NH development and testing processes. Sorry to say.
